As well as general nursing services I also provide District Veterinary Nursing. I have always been passionate about minimising stress for animals during their time under veterinary care and I recognise that owners have differing needs too.

District Veterinary Nursing allows for care outside of the practice where clients’ requirements can be accommodated alongside that of the patient.

 

As a District Veterinary Nurse I work with you and your vet to implement care plans and deliver prescribed treatment.

​

Pets remain under the care of the veterinary surgeon at all times and I work under their instruction.

​

Following diagnosis by your vet, I provide support and advice to owners whilst caring for their pet in the comfort of their own home, ensuring their pet receives the treatment and medication prescribed.

I understand the challenges owners can face following a pet’s diagnosis and the stress that may come with administering treatment and medication, as well as following through with care plans, I am here to support owners with exactly this.
